Equipping and encouraging pastors is such a thrill!  God has called pastors to equip the saints for works of service to the building up of the body of Christ and we get the privilege to support them.  We've been back in India for a little over a month and Jeff has spent some quality time with several pastors.  We'll spotlight one of these pastors each month for the next three months.

Doren is rice farmer and a pastor.  He's been so impressed with the training that we've given him, that he's worked very hard to share it with other pastors.  He's been taking the material we've translated into Manipuri and is now teaching it in his church and in six other groups.  To read more click here.

One of the things that Jeff has been focusing on is developing and teaching a series called Foundational Bible Stories.  Within the past week, Jeff's learned that there are several other ministries interested in using the material that Jeff has been developing.  To find out why click here.

Since getting back to Siliguri, all of us have been working hard to become fluent in Hindi.  This is a great challenge for us, but one that we believe will increase the effectiveness of our ministry.  Please pray for us to pick up the language quickly.

The kids are back to work at school full force.  Trish is busy teaching them and overseeing their studies.  Luke is hoping to finish high school a year early, so is working really hard to that end.  He and Jeff have been playing a bit of soccer.  Jeff even joined some of his students in a tournament, but was sidelined with an injured foot after one game.  Victoria took some time getting used to her new school schedule before returning to Anshu Academy for the first time last week.  She volunteers there one day a week.  Trish has been getting more involved with the ladies from the church we attend and even led a women's Bible study this week.
